People-Centered Leadership in the AI Era: Competencies for Future Healthcare Managers

Erasmus+ KA171 Workshop

Artificial Intelligence is transforming healthcare, creating unprecedented opportunities while redefining the role of leaders and organizations.

As AI becomes increasingly embedded in clinical and managerial processes, the challenge is not only technological but fundamentally human: ensuring that both healthcare professionals and patients remain at the center of innovation.

This workshop explores the managerial competencies required to lead people-centered healthcare in the age of AI. Participants will discuss the knowledge, skills and leadership capabilities needed to integrate AI responsibly, foster workforce engagement and well-being, enhance patient experience and guide organizational change while preserving the human dimension of care.
